Logo após o programa o nosso time de facilitadores teve reuniões de planejamento estratégico para alinhar o trabalho no José Menino, Téteu e Vila Charm’s. Eles voltaram às comunidades para escutar dos moradores, quais eram os sonhos, planos, expectativas e compromissos para os próximos 3 mses. Esse processo deu origem a uma agenda de trabalho intensa por aqui!
Lembra da Banana Land?
A feira está rolando quinzenalmente, mas o grupo não apareceu para a reunião. Parte do grupo quer fazer fixa perto da escadaria e outra parte quer fazê-la itinerante também explorando a área mais perto do Morro da Asa Delta. Grupo do Bananaland está rolando e eles estão lidando com as questões da associação de moradores. Eles adoraram a exibição do Roda VP e também querem começar a fazer cinema, criaram uma página no Facebook em que postam quase todo dia.
Grupo da feira está convidado para ir na feira do Guapurá dia 19 e jovens para participar da oficina de documentário do Querô na VP.
Vila Charm’s – a cultural center for a vibrant community
O que mais está rolando é o centro comunitário, que eles estavam fazendo mutirão, mas acabou o material (falta telhado, janelas, piso e revestimento interno). Eles querem fazer cinema lá dentro. Parte das pessoas têm grande interesse em fundar uma associação comunitária e estão pensando em estratégias para levantar fundos.
Monica e dona Maria do Socorro estão cuidando da horta e mantendo um grupo de mulheres. Por conta própria, elas escreverem para Clarissa e foram no Dia do Brincar na União, Monica articulou jovens para a oficina na VP e irá na Jornada do Herói.
Tetéu segue construindo o seu centro cultural com muitas mãos e muito amor
Estamos trabalhando com um grupo, focado no Centro Cultural que também faz a manutenção da quadra e do parquinho. Eles tem um time de futebol que está muito feliz com a quadra reformada. Na primeira reunião teve uma questão com o tráfico, uma tensão sobre quem iria comandar o espaço. Uma das pessoas ativas no grupo é esposa de um cara que recém se afastou do tráfico e levantou a questão de se afastar do grupo caso o tráfico assumisse. A relação entre Nando e o tráfico está ok, nenhum deles vão assumir o espaço. O grupo que está mobilizado é formado por Natasha, Nanny, seu Vicente, Pezão e Bruno. Andamento da construção: querem bater a laje para fazer o segundo piso. Estão planejando a captação de recursos via brechó (Nanny) e uma festa.Right after the program our team of facilitators had strategic planning meetings to align the work in José Menino, Téteu and Vila Charms, they went back to the communities to hear from them what were they plans, dreams, expectations and commitments for the next 3 months. Out of this process we have now intense work with both the communities from the GSA 2014 and GSA 2015, an intense schedulle going on here!
Remember the Banana Land?
The market is rolling bi-weekly, but the group did not show up for meetings. Part of the group wants to make fixed markei near the staircase and another part wants to do it itinerant also exploring the closer area of the Hill of Asa Delta. The Bananaland group is rolling and they are dealing with the idea of making an association of residents. They loved the Streetcinema of GSA2014 community Vila Progresso and also want to start making and showing movies, fort hat they created a Facebook page in which they post almost every day.
The marketgroup was invited to the fair of Guapurá (GSA2014 community) on 19th of september and the youth participated in the Querô documentary workshop at Vila Progresso.
Vila Charm’s – a cultural center for a vibrant community
What is running the most is the community center, they were doing a lot of joint effort, but eventually they are now lacking material (roof, windows, floors and lining). They want to make movies there.
The people have great interest in founding a community association and are considering strategies to raise funds. Monica and Maria do Socorro are looking after the garden and keeping a group of women involved.
On own initiative, they wrote to Clarissa and participated in the National Day of Play in Union, Monica articulated young people to participate to the Querô documentary workshop at Vila Progresso and some participated in community-training with Aser of the Hero’s Journey.
Land of Braves – Teteu builds it’s cultural center with lots of talent and love
We are working with a group, focused on the cultural center which also works on the maintenance of the court and the playground. They have a football team that is very happy with the reformed court. At the first meeting there was an issue with the traffic, a tension about who would have command the space. One of the active people in the group is the wife of a guy who just walked away from the traffic and raised the question of moving away from the group if they assumed drugtraffic. The relationship between Nando and trafficking is ok, none of them will take over the space. A victory.
The group mobilized consists of Natasha, Nanny, Seu Vicente, Pezão and Bruno. Construction progress: they want to add a slab to build a second floor. They are planning to raise funds via brechó store (Nanny) and a party.
