Elos na Liderança is a program for all people who face challenges in their organizations and seek new leadership possibilities that are humanized, collective and effective – whether with their teams, between different parts of their organizations or in relationships with diverse target audiences.
What is Elos na Liderança?
An immersive, hands-on experience in which we experiment and discuss new perspectives to promote social development, manage conflicts, engage people and lead transformations, achieving true results with impact and legacy, based on collaboration and trust.

Elos Methodology
Deepening of the 7 practices of the Elos Methodology and their application in diverse contexts; the power of listening and vulnerability in leaders and how to stimulate engagement and collaboration.
Case studies
Presentation of case studies in which the Elos Methodology was used in a strategic way by organizations that act in diverse sectors (businesses, NGOs and governments).
Hands on action
Through direct interaction with a community and the application of the Elos Methodology in real time, we will experience transformation in practice during a community hands-on action.

The program Elos na Liderança is born of Instituto Elos’ more than 25 years of experience supporting organizations in facing diverse challenges, standing side by side with leaders and managers in implementing effective strategies for overcoming these challenges through dialogue, engagement, cooperation and a hands-on approach.
We have learned that listening – meeting other people where they are at and moving oneself into another person’s reality – is a tool for visualizing new perspectives that drive creative, strategic, appropriate solutions beyond what is initially imagined to be possible.
An exclusive experience within the GSA program
GSA (Guerreiros Sem Armas, or “Warriors Without Weapons”) is an annual course that capacitates between 40 and 60 leaders from around the world as multipliers of the Elos Methodology. The program mobilizes 2 to 3 local communities each year and supports the creation of local development projects.
Elos na Liderança takes place parallel to GSA and with moments of interaction between the two programs, offering an unique opportunity for the participants to spend time with these international leaders, share challenges, and find creative solutions to making the projects that the local communities dream a reality.

The program includes a 5 day immersion in the city of Santos, state of São Paulo, Brazil, with arrival in the morning on Day 1 of the program and departure following lunch on Day 5.
The package includes:
– the program’s full pedagogical structure, including facilitation and materials;
– per day: lunch and two coffee breaks over the course of the day;
– transportation during the program day.
The program cost does not include:
– Lodging, breakfast and dinner;
– Transportation to and from the city of Santos.
The cost for participation in the 2025 edition of the program is R$5.500,00 Brazilian Reais.
