The thread that runs through all of our work is acting alongside different communities.  We have so many stories about individual people, discoveries of different talents, and the realization of many dreams over the course of these deep relationships.

We say that we are always at the service of the community, but not to do something for the community, and rather with the community.  This continuous learning by doing process, which comes from both sides, keeps the flame of our purpose alive.  We have never gone anywhere to solve problems.

We always start with the conviction that every human being carries the best version of themself deep inside, that every place has the talents and resources necessary for its transformation, and that each community is the answer for whatever question appears in its path
