We work with the development and awareness building of leaders through speeches, courses and programs of short, medium or long length, geared towards companies, governments and institutions that want to deepen the relationships within their internal and external communities. Our products are created on a case by case basis based on the needs of each of the different entities involved.
We develop tools for social mobilization, like the Oasis Game (link), a social action technology created by Elos and certified by the Fundação Banco do Brasil, as well as selection processes for businesses and institutions.

Our local development program is an opportunity for training with the objective of transforming oneself, a group, and a neighborhood. The Oasis experiences that we conducted within the project Vivo a Praça, an initiative of the company Vivo, were an opportunity to hold shorter trainings, where we structured groups with tools developed by Elos, based on the Elos Methodology and the Oasis Game.
