Data Protection at Instituto Elos What is the LGPD?
The General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law no. 13.709/2018) regulates how the personal data of individuals can be processed by third parties, ensuring that its use is legitimate and protecting the holders against inappropriate use.
Who is our DPO?
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with the LGPD and other privacy regulations, protecting user information with ethical and transparent practices.
